Dice Arena

Dice Arena is a new type of peer-to-peer gaming network developed by Jadestone and licensed in Åland, Finland.  Dice Arena games have been awarded the Top Innovation award for 2008 by the Gambling Online Magazine and are currently available in French, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, German, Greek and Italian.

The game is based around the online poker concept.  Players can play cash games or tournaments (including regular freerolls), and betting patterns are similar to those of poker, which can help you attract both casual and more professional players. Another interesting aspect of the game is the function to create your personal avatar which adds a personal touch to the gaming experience.

The suite (which requires no downloads) offers two different games at the moment (more to follow in the future):

Dice Hold’em – A Texas Hold’em spin-off

Shoot the Moons – A ‘who scores the highest’ fun strategy game

Take a quick lesson at Dice School

Dice Arena games are simple to learn, but lots of fun to play! Our award-winning dice games give you a unique chance to take part in something HUGE. Playing dice is easier than poker but poses more of a challenge than casino!

It’s similar to poker in that you can play the odds for an edge, but the games and tournaments are much quicker and have the feel of a casino game.

Dice Arena allows players to challenge each other and bet on their best hand of dice. Normally you will be seated at a round table pot game with a few opponents, in a similar style to popular poker games like Texas Hold’em. However, you can also play against a single opponent.

It’s a game network with real personality as it allows you to create your own Dice alias and build your own avatar.

There are currently 2 games on the network with more to follow:

Dice Hold’em works the same way as the familiar poker game, but played with dice gives it a new fresh angle. Click to read more

Shoot the Moons has simple rules and is extremely easy to grasp but there’s more to it than meets the eye. Click to read more
