No, the Affiliate Programme is totally free to join.
When can I start promoting Eurobet?
You can start promoting Eurobet as soon as you receive our welcome email confirming that your affiliate account has been activated.
Can I promote Eurobet if I don’t have a website?
In short no. In order to apply you will need to have an active website with content relevant to ours.
Can I use one account to promote Eurobet to multiple websites?
Yes you can. However, you will need to inform us beforehand the sites where you wish to promote Eurobet as we will need to review the content first to make sure that it complies with our rules.
Can I use one account to promote multiple Eurobet products?
One affiliate account can be used to promote ALL Eurobet products.
Can I use my affiliate account to bet on Eurobet?
You will need to open a player account to enjoy our products. You can do this by clicking on one of the Eurobet banners that you have on your site (better to clear your cookies as you will have clicked on Eurobet several times before.
Commissions
How do I get paid?
All commission is paid directly into your Eurobet affiliate account so you can withdraw it whenever you want to any payment methods available. When you fill out the application you can choose the currency you wish your account to be (8 currencies available).
How can I choose a profile?
Depending on the product you wish to promote we can customise your commission profile upon request.
Can I change my commission profile after I join the programme?
Of course. You can email us enquiring about it and depending on your traffic figures, unique users, etc. we can offer you a customised commission profile.
Do you also offer CPA deals?
Sorry, no CPA deals are currently accepted.
When are commissions calculated and credited?
Commissions are calculated every four weeks (financial periods). We will provide you with our financial period calendar as soon as you join our programme. A financial period starts on a Monday and finishes on a Sunday.
Do you carry over negative balances?
No negative balances are carried over from a financial period to the next.
Are commissions calculated separately per product?
We calculate commissions separately for each product and a negative balance in one product will not affect commissions on other products.
What is net gaming revenue?
“Net Revenue” means Customers losses per period less (i) Customer winnings; (ii) financial charges incurred by us; (iii) Customer Charge Backs; (iv) taxes; and (v) bonuses/free bets given to Customers by us.
Can I refer sub-affiliates and earn commissions from them?
You will have to explain the commission structure you want to give them and how your subs will be recruiting new players and as soon as we reach to an agreement, they can apply for the programme.
Payments
How can I withdraw my commissions?
We offer various methods. Please click here for full information on our accepted payment methods.
Is there a minimum amount I need to have before I can withdraw?
No. This is one of the reasons we pay all earnings into your Affiliate account, enabling you to withdraw as little or as much as you like.
What payment options can I use to withdraw my commissions?
You can use a credit or debit card, Cheque, Moneybookers, Neteller, Western Union, Bank transfer and Ecocard depending on your country of your residence.
Can I change the option I have for withdrawals?
You will need to contact us directly and we will change the payment option for your withdrawals. Please log in to your affiliate account, go to “Account Options” and “Send Message” to the Affiliate Department
Do I need to deposit an amount before I can withdraw?
If you deposit you will then have this withdrawal option of your choice available. Should you have any problems with this please contact us directly and we will activate the withdrawal option for you manually.
Promotions, Banners and Tracking
How do I create tracking links?
You will need to log in to your account, go to your “Account Options”, “Create Tracking Code”. From there you will need to enter a short description about the tracking link (for you to remember) and enter the destination page you wish. Kindly be advised that this must be a Eurobet relevant URL. Once you click on to “Proceed” the system will generate a tracking code automatically and you should afterwards go to “Banners List” and embed the tracking code to the banner of your choice.
How do I get text links?
After you create a tracking link (above), you can use it on any banner and text links you wish to use on your website.
Where is the banner library located?
The banner library is located at “Account Options”, “Banner List”.
Do you offer multilingual banners?
We offer banners in various sizes in the following languages: English, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Russian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Czech, Chinese and Turkish.
Can you create different banner sizes on request?
We do offer this option on request to suit needs. Please email AffiliatePromotion@eurobet.com with your requirements and relevant content (whether you prefer sports -which sport, casino, poker, etc.)
How can I get an exclusive promotion/bonus for my website?
Please contact us for more information on exclusive promotions/ bonuses and if there is something available at that moment we will let you know.
How can I know my referrals are getting tracked?
You can test whether your tracking link has been set up correctly if you click 5-10 times on your banner and check the day after your click throughs. If there is no click through, then you should contact AffiliatePromotion@eurobet.com immediately.
Reporting
What report does your system provide?
Our reporting tool allows you instant access to the following statistics across all our products· Click throughs · New Accounts · Turnover · Gross Win (per product) daily. All updates are done the day after.
How can I check my earnings?
You can check your figures 24 hours a day after you log in to your affiliate account through your account options. The reports give you a breakdown of accounts by source, e.g. 10 accounts from banner 468×60, 5 accounts from banner 120×60, 19 from text links, etc. This allows you to optimise your marketing activity and therefore maximise your revenue. You can also check all gross win figures and then apply your commission percentage to double check the commissions credited to your account.
How can I get a traffic report?
From your “Account Options”, “Traffic Report” you will have to select first the tracking period. The report will give you a breakdown of click through information by tracking codes, code description and the number of clicks for each code as well as a breakdown of the number of customers acquired by each origin code, e.g. 10 accounts from banner 468×60, 5 accounts from banner 120×60, 19 from text links, etc. This allows you to optimise your marketing activity and therefore maximise your revenue.
Is it possible to get a statement extracted on excel or as .csv file?
Unfortunately, statements cannot be extracted, however, all data can be copied and pasted directly to an excel file. To do this please select the statement information you need and copy from the top of the statement. Then paste to excel.
How often does the information on the affiliate reports get updated?
Affiliate figures are getting updated at 6.30am every day with the previous day’s data.
Communicating
Do I have a dedicated affiliate manager?
The Eurobet Affiliate Team answers to your queries. If you send an internal message through your affiliate account one of the members of the team will answer to you promptly.
How do I contact the affiliate team?
Contact the Affiliate Team through our Internal Messaging System, addressing your enquiry to the ‘Affiliate Department’.
What can I do if I forget my login details?
You will need to contact the Affiliate Team to AffiliatePromotion@eurobet.com

What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?
Make sure that your website does not have any broken links, agree to our affiliate T’s and C’s and make sure that you adhere to them at all times.

We do not accept websites with adult content.
Do I need to send you any documents in order to verify my account?
We do not require any verification documentation for affiliate accounts, however, our KYC team might ask you to verify your id and address when asking to withdraw your commissions
